The service life of alloy saw blade is greatly increased than that of carbon steel and high speed steel, but some problems still need to be taken seriously in use. The jagged finish of the hard alloy is sharp and wears away later. We wear can be divided into three stages, just grinding hard alloy have a initial wear stage, later entered the stage of normal grinding, sharp wear will happen when worn to a certain degree (figure 3). We hope that the grinding will be done in the sharp wear, so that the minimum amount of grinding can prolong the life of the saw blade. Users must not "spell" saw blades.
